http://www.makemoney.go.ccSomeone is unemployed and need your help. What advice should you give him/her?
yes, it is correct to take stock now, tell your friend to take stock,
meaning, what have he/she being doing all this while, looking jobs, what kind of jobs, any jobs that comes by??
No, you need to find our what he/she want to do, what jobs...
we are not talking what is the interest.. Bread and Butter, first thing first.
Jobs that he/she can handle, jobs that he/she would want to do...etc
Maybe you can get him/her to write down what jobs he/she want to be in, now check against the job he/she applied last few weeks/months. See if the jobs applied are consistent. if not, your friend in heading nowhere!!
tell the guys to be focus, only on jobs that he/she wants. change, redesign resume, put in more effort on the jobs you want, not any jobs, but only on ';the jobs'; you want.
Change resume design, because those already sent out does not stand out, the result will show.
There many many more things, I hope this will bring the correct first step to secure the job.
