I would advice him to shut the **** up since he hasn't won anything and stop demanding trades and getting his coaches(Byron Scott) fired. Only a player the caliber of Jordan should dictate what a team should do. And Kidd is definitely not even remotely close to the caliber of Jordan. The Nets should keep him and let him be unhappy.
