give it to me. I dont want to have points and fines. Do i have to hire a lawyer or try to appear in court by my self but want is the best way to defense myself?I got speeding after 8 years. the stastes the mph in area was 25 and I'm 47 mph. what the best advice you can?
You will get points and you will get a fine. You were speeding; there is no defense.
You could ask for traffic school, if it is permitted where you live, which will cost more but will remove the points and keep it from being reported to your insurance company.I got speeding after 8 years. the stastes the mph in area was 25 and I'm 47 mph. what the best advice you can?
You should try matching the numbers on the speed limit sign to the numbers on your Speedometer, and make the little orange needle meet up with those numbers....so in short
STOP SPEEDING!
pay your fines, hiring a lawyer will be a waste of your time. There's no sense in fighting a ticket you are obviously deserving of.
It's cheaper to just pay the fine. If you take it to court you have to pay court fees, lawyer fees (if you hire one), and if you don't win your case you still have to pay the fine.
you really won't get off, i mean 22 over the limit is pretty bad!
don't worry you probably will only get a point or two. no big deal and they'll expire if you don't do it again.
Almost twice the speed limit is indefensible.
You should hire a lawyer, but it won't change anything.
You will get both points and fines.
I'm glad you didn't run over anybody.

go to court, plead guilty, pay the fine, accept the consequences of your actions as far as your insurance and driving record goes. .
If you got a good income try to get a lawyer and have him get the ticket reduced.
Plea bargain for a lesser violation with the prosecutor.
You got caught. Simple. Man up and accept your punishment
