I have recently changed jobs but am not happy at all in my new on so want to start looking for something else. I was in my previous job for 2 1/2 years and gained a lot of experience which is on my CV. When applying for new jobs, I'm not sure what the best thing to put on my CV would be - add my current job even though my start date is a month ago or leave it out and just explain to potential employers when they phone...?Can you give me advice on updating my CV?
I would put it on there and list any key stills/roles youve gained in the little time youv'e been there.
They always ask why do you want to leave your current role or last position. Better to have it down rather than a gap in your timeline on your cv.
Its no way negative unless they turn it around and suggest whats stopping you from doing the same if you get the position .. hmmmm
